My dentist always recommended his patient come for Scaling & Polishing , regular check- up a least twice a year to helps in keeping the gums and teeth healthier. If your gums start bleeding when your brushing the teeth the you need to come for this treatment.
After complete the Scaling my dentist will polishing removes Calculus Tartar Stains Tea Coffee or Cigarettes. Scaling and Polishing are the terms used for teeth cleaning.
